I'm back, and a little lost

Help! After a long absence, I have to file a flight to get my pilot privileges back, but Cigar Box won't register a bid and I can't figure out how to input a flight through "File A PIREP" -- it keeps saying I'm not giving it a correct flight number.

What do?
