Hey Rob,
You should get the flightplan and fly it anyway.  It was a great sightseeing tour of Prince of Wales Islands.  Go low and slow, so as to take in all the scenery.  I was checking out a waterfall at Hunter Bay cannery and came upon a bear.  It was one of those things that you'd never see unless you get down there in a chopper.  The lighthouse, and the fishing boats and villages and cabins and . . . well, you'll find out.  If you take the trip.  It's kinda long for a multiplayer session, but if you're solo, you've got all day.  Remember you should land at every waypoint, as that's where the eye candy is at.  Oh, and watch out for the seagulls at the cannery.  There's a million of 'em.

Great slideshow WeDGe!  I haven't gotten mine into Photobucket yet.  I'll have to work on that.

Good idea Jeff!   I'll look for that flight plan.  I've been trying out a few helo's you've suggested and having fun with them.  Never did try them out much but they are a blast.  I can land them just fine, but having a bit of a time landing where "I" want to...lol.

Edit...... I found the flight plan link.

Yup, I like flying the choppers, but not any good at it.  It takes a lot of patience and a steady hand.  It would help to be able to feel the pitch and roll, but my office chair just doesn't give the same sensations.  Oh, to have the money for a full-motion simulator.  That would be a blast.

I've uploaded my pics from the trip to Photobucket, hereafter to be called "PB".

Craig to Klawock Multiplayer flight:

Sorry, no captions yet.  I'll add them later.
edit- Captions added.  I seem to have forgotten to take pictures at the beginning, between Steamboat Bay and Aiken Creek camp.  The flight was very busy.  So much to see, with the fishing vessels, and the cannery, etc.  I guess I was having too much fun checking everything out, to take pictures.  Sorry.

Great shots Jeff ... I linked it in the library.  (Note, if I'm missing any of these, drop me a note and I'll get them linked).

Rob, I have to tell you that I have some addons, like "Snow dog Tours", that other people aren't using.  So some of my locations have "extra buildings" and stuff in them.  See the difference between WeDGe's Klawock airport and mine.  His appears to have no buildings, and mine is almost crowded.  Also, most of this flight is in the Tongass region.  But you have that package, don't you.  So that's not a problem.  WeDGe doesn't have Tongass yet.

Yes, I have Tongass X along with ORBX's PNW, PFJ, NRM, CRM.   Sure is a lot of scenery to take in!   :-)

Amazing photos thanks for the ride. BTW I love the Goose in the last shot. At dusk at that distance the default airport does not look sooooo bad.    ;)

Hello Robert.
Oops!  I forgot to come back and add the captions for my slideshow.  Sorry about that.  I am only 48 years old, and absent-minded already.  I'm gonna be funny when I DO get old. lol.  I'll add them right now.  (if I don't get sidetracked on the way.) ;D
