Yes, I was watching this flight formulate over at the other site.  I was checking out the flight this morning.  I went to Oregon, to the starting airport, and took off.  I wanted to make sure my PNW scenery is working.  If I can figure out what 1900 zulu is I'll be there.  I think it's 11 am or 12 pm for me.  4 pm eastern is 12 pm Pacific.?.  I'll figure it out by tomorrow.

Jeff for Z, GMT, UTC whatever you want to call it, in the PDT zone you add 7 hours to your local time.  Or subtract 7 hours from Z for you local time.  1900 - 7 = 1200 PDT.
