Using Object Libraries in New Scenery

I would like to use some of the Object Libraries in RTMM for my new scenery creations that I want to upload to flightsim.to, but am I allowed to do that?
If I am allowed, then how do I link RTMM as a Dependency for users to see the Objects?

I don't have an answer for you since I mainly handle things on the back-end of RTMM, but I've passed your question on to Doug.

DaneSimAir, I believe Doug replied to you via email regarding the usage of the libraries.
