Lahaina in MS2020
« on: August 12, 2023, 12:45:18 PM »
Boy, they "missed" on the geography/buildings on Lahaina, Hawaii. We had a much better rendition of it in P3D. I'm sort of surprised this wasn't done better.

I've been to Lahaina 4 times and know it rather well, so of course, this tragedy really hits home for me. In P3D I had the boat harbor and much of Front street added correctly, it is literally all wrong in MS2020.

Hello Doug,

what a tragedy!

I remember your former P3D "Escape" sceneries on Hawaii very well. I'd like to fly theses places.
Well, years run so fast and now in MSFS Hawaii is not too bad but certain places are really missing!
Many greetings
Dieter

Some airports and surroundings are fantastic, then other areas are completely void of any scenery at all. Like KEUL which is my home base in real life it's a hanger city, the MSFS not a hanger nor building to be seen. I guess it depends on which team was assigned which airport as to how much detail went into it
