Two small errors on Dispatch page and email webmaster not working

Reporting two small errors: at https://return.mistymoorings.com/z20_activities/index.php#dispatch

Two links for dispatch 3 are incorrect:

The "Map MS003" link shows a wrong map.
The "View" link goes to dispatch 2 instead of 3.

At the bottom of dispatch 2 it says "Report any problems with this dispatch to Web master at RTMM". I did, but I got my email back. So now I report it here.
