Unable to book any tours

as the subject says, all tour entries are labeled N/A



How can I correct this? thanks...

You book onto tours via the website.. not cigar box.. because you have to select an aircraft.. Once you join a tour with an aircraft.. the flight links will become available.. (on the website).. Bid on them,.  and draw them into cigar box.. and fly them.. then file... (The same as it's has been from the onset )..

Thanks Norm. To be honest, I have been booking all my tours up until this latest issue via Cigar Box...and it worked fine. I will use the web in the future.

ADDED COMMENT AFTER ABOVE:
I am getting the same result from the website...all tours which I have looked at and which I have not yet completed are marked N/A. Sorry if there is confusion on my part, but I appear to be locked out of any touring.

Thanks, problem solved, though I am not sure why I could always log on via CB until now.
