Unable to download Install instructions for RTMM Scenery's

Fellow Pilots and Administrators,

I am unfortunately in a situation where I may have reinstall my MSFSX system.  I have FSX-SE but have so many addons for the original version I want to keep a working copy.  My question relates to downloading the install files associated with the  RTMM Master Scenery Pack for FSX, FSX-SE, P3D V1 V2,V3,V4.  I was able to download the Master Scenery Pack but the both hot keys for downloading the instructions did not work. 

I would appreciate any help you may offer.

Had not expanded the Master file. Just tried Hot key for install inst. above it.
