I hope it is better than their L-19.  It seems like Asobo is breaking things, and BlackBox is trying to fix them but right now the L-19 is unflyable IMHO.

Right. My L-19 is parked.

A good BN-2 would be nice indeed. Will be hard to get close to the Flight 1 BN-2. I still fly it in P3D.

Not yet. I'll wait for at least some thoughts of other simmers. I'm tempted, though, to jump right in.  ;D

Well, it flies nicely. But of course I need some time to get familiar with it.

Indeed Karl, a great bird.. seems a tad faster than previous BN2 but it sure is a nice fly!

The AP gives me some trouble. When switch it on for the first time in a flight I can switch on heading mode, so the AP is just following the heading bug and doesn't care about altitude or VS.

Then, when I switch on Alt Hold mode the AP is holding the current altitude and still follows the heading bug.

If I then want to switch of altitude hold I cannot do that because the AP switches to VS instead. There is no possibility to switch back to heading mode only. I just can toggle between altitude hold and VS mode.

In Just Flights Arrow this works riliably, so it is possible in MSFS.

However, sometimes I can get rid of altitude hold and VS by using an external button for ALT HOLD mode via FSUIPC. If I switch it on then off the AP switches off altitude hold without going to VS mode. But this works sporadically only.
