Rod I use GeForce Experience. I'm on 4K, in Geforce Experience I adjusted capture to 1080p HD with 30 fps and 35 Mbps. MSFS is adjusted to 30 fps ingame. In addition I have my monitor externally synced to 30 fps because of P3D. This doesn't touch MSFS, but it doesn't hurt.
