Karl and I just finished a quick and successful flight from Catalina airport to John Wayne airport.   Karl is set to go.  We used Teamspeak which works great.  Norm, can you post the address to download the 3rd party  program set that includes small lables and backspace on and off for Karl.  I didn't keep where I got it from.

Now we are ready for Karl's tour of Austrian airports!  I hear FSRobert is also interested in joining.

Took some time until we saw each other because I was on the wrong server, but then it worked very well. Zoo helped us to adjust Teamspeak for eliminating an echo we head when talking.

Oh boy - sorry to have missed you.. but after New Years we'll definitely get together

Here is the mod for the small tags/poi, airport etc Karl. mod goes into the community folder (as most do) then activated on/off by the backspace key

I've only been flying intermittently so far, and trying to optimize VR with my Reverb G2, but for a few days from Monday 4th Jan I'm planning to fly more intensively. Inevitably this will be in SE Alaska and I imagine I'll be trying out the WIP Grumman Goose ported from FSX available over at SimOuthouse... which looks amazing in PBR! I've also bought PAWG Wrangell, PAKW Klawock, PAPG Petersburg James A. Johnson (all DC Designs and currently on the Sale at SimMarket) and PAKT Ketchikan (Northern Sky Studio) and will be flying around to/from these.

The main problem is I'm in England, which makes timing tricky. I currently use the Western Europe server, but will switch to Western USA if needed.
