MSFS Sim Update 2 is out (1.12.13.0)
« on: December 22, 2020, 02:39:43 PM »
Just loaded MSFS Sim Update 2 (about 13 GB for Premium Deluxe).  Content Manager has some improvements that I really like.  There is no need, however, to load any new content since none was provided.  However, you need to go to the Marketplace to get the free Aviators Club Livery set (about 1/2 GB) as a thank you from Microsoft to all users who have been using MSFS up till now.  It includes a Microsofti Fligt Sim livery for all aircraft.  In addition, this release has lots of changes to aircraft especially the larger aircraft.

So far so good....the update didn't break anything for me.  Here is a link to the Release Notes:

I also did the update and all seems well.
There are conflicting reports on how the snow is working.
Have any of you tried the Grumman Goose G21A Redux II ?  I am planning on giving it a try.

Cheers & Happy Holidays!
