Tour finished but not recognized

Norm, I think the tour center swallowed my tour MFC0037. I finished it, all legs are approved, but when I try to sign up for tour MFC0038 it says I haven't completed MFC0037.

Didn't just swallow it but also regurgitated it in spades.. now the db it can't ascertain which one of you  completed the tour so it won't complete you. Will get you moving again... stand by.

Ok Karl should be able to get on MFC0038 now, (and the Award for MFC0037 has been added to your list of awards).

Ok, I flew the 1st leg of MFC0038, but the Pirep shows departure and arrival airports from the last leg of MFC0037. In the Pirep, though, the nearest airports are correct for departure, intermediate stop and arrival.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Should I rather do some charter flights instead for some time?

You were flying the old/previous leg (or had the old leg still loaded in Cigar Box). But unless you have loaded the current leg it won't complete your status as your flight is applied to the old leg (or whatever flight you had loaded in cigar box. . So close cigar box. Then restart it and check the flight that is being loaded - that it is the current one. 

Also it looks like you joined the tour 3 times. So something is confused.
