Don't worry about buying Cushman Meadows. There are two airfields close to it that you can use instead.
The closes one is: Sanderson Field, in Shelton, Washington, United States
ICAO: KSHN
Runway - 5005ft × 100 ft (1526 × 30.5 m), paved
(It is @14 nm south east of Cushman Meadows - Track 169degrees. )
OR could use: Bremerton NTL Airport- Bremerton, Washington, United States
ICAO: KPWT
Runway - 6000 × 150 ft (1829 × 45.5 m), paved
(It is @ 18 nm almost due east of Cushman Meadows - Track 085degrees)
There is a dirt airstrip - N. Rubio Drive Airstrip (PNW) only 4.5 nm east. (Track 087 degrees) (If you have the PNW Region)
In other words-don't go out and buy the airport! (not mandatory that's for sure!)
