Yup, I have that too.  An "Index out of range" error is keeping it from showing.  A restart of the cigarbox is needed, I've found.  Also connection errors every time I try to send or refresh.

Cigar Box might show that it's connected but if you don't have your log book populated yet, just have to wait it out because Cigar Box hasn't actually connected to the site yet. There is some connection issues being experienced and one is from Cigar Box to the site on the initial connect. Just have to wait it out until you hear the DING Dong or see the log wood populated and when it has then you will also be able to use the Get the flight data to load your next flight.

I've stopped trying to check my logbook.  Now I go to the website page instead, and see that my next tour leg is available.  If so, I know the pirep went through.  And it has ALWAYS gone through, actually.  I can't remember having an actual failed transmission of the pirep.  But I don't want to delete it until I am sure it's been filed.

This one is a puzzle.  The database is correct and my logbook works fine although it took a while to populate.  I admit I have gone through the database running utilities one all files to make sure there aren't any errors and this might have messed something up but.....my last flight is correct and so are all the others.  My first suggestion is to open the logbook and then go have a cup of coffee....or something stronger....Give it 5 min and see what happens.

We aren't the only ones with problems, servers are upgrading...not good for us.  I am actually looking to see if there is a VA friendly host rather than the commercial server we are using now.

Progress seems like one step forward and two back...but working on it.
