Do I need to fly completed legs again in order to get back to the tour system?

First of all, Congrats and good job fixing the Cigarbox and tour system. Well done!

I have completed the rest of tour #10 and some legs of tour #11 since the system was broken, and filed all pirep manually. Now the tour system is fixed, but it does not reflect my current progress. So should I keep flying and filing pirep manually for the rest of tour #11 so that Norm can manually input the status of completing tour #11?  I hope I don't have to redo the legs I already flew to get to the same point.
