HKC1 is an ADE file that is an airport file for the AI LeConte ferry that runs between Ketchikan and Hollis.  In you last picture I see the LeConte docked at Hollis.   I don't recall creating any static ships.  There may be some static small boats at Halibut Cove.  I do not have P3D installed on my system at the present time and I don't know how P3Dv5 affects the old files.

I have the AI traffic, but miss some static ships.

The only static ships in RTMM would be part of an individual scenery package.

I'm just not sure what I should see and what not. I mean, it is not important at all, I am just wondering, for example, why V109 shows up in the map and there is no visual evidence (see my first post).

I found that in the V109_ADEP3_DWT.bgl I can see traces of a FS9 model? "MDL9" is a model header and points to a FS9 model.

Same thing with some Tongass Fjords objects like this .bgl file:

Tongass Fjords\FSAddon\Tongass_Fjords\Tongass_Fjords_Higher_Priority\scenery\AF2_FSX_TF_PAS2_AI_Vessels_USCG_Anacapa_2.BGL

No visual evidence in the scene. But it has an ICAO code (PAS2), you can find it in Navigation->Go to airport

Coordinates are: 56° 54' 24,71" N 135° 19' 56,25" W

Visual Evidence:

Here is my AI Coastguard Anacapa vessel.  They are currently sitting at the coastguard dock, but do pull out and cruise around.

Ok, thank you, Jeff. I will try to find the vessel in my sim.

Yes, it's there. Same spot.

So the only question for me then is what's that PAS2 object in the sim. DO you have that as well?

I think those spots (PAS1, PAS2...) must be endpoints for the vessel trips. Maybe.
