Interesting, look at the “ground” under Karl’s pyramid, then look at mine...there are blue squares that come and go on mine. Must have a LC out of order or something.

Often those kind of tiled artifacts are caused by slow loading textures due to a strain on the GPU.

I know, and that may be why you don't have the tiled squares, among other things. I'm just saying that tiled squares in other instances can be the result of GPU overload. The spike is something else that's messed up. Just sayin'.

I backed off a little and it helped, Steve. Still trying to find that "sweet spot".  I mostly use Seattle for this, the frame rates are usually the worst there. I'm getting about 21 "nearly maxed"

Could be a messed up spike but ttge squares would like bad lc Irv ok layering not correct..and maybe corrupt shaders. Might want to delete the shaders folder.
