ADE Support for P3D v5
« on: April 29, 2020, 11:12:46 AM »
Jon at Scruffyduck sent out this message this morning.  I thought I'd share . . .

First I hope that you are all staying safe and well with the current virus situation.  The world seems topsy turvey right now and I guess many of us have more important things to worry about than the flight simulator

However you will probably have seen the news of the release of P3D v5 by Lockheed Martin.  This is probably  a more major update than many people realize.  For example all the airport have been updated and recompiled.  Also there is a new feature of sloping airports

ADE has been updated to support v5 and there is a development version (1.79) available.  It is reasonably stable and should be installed separately from your existing version.  Also please do not import settings data from a current version to this one.

The download is available from this page

https://www.scruffyducksoftware.com/shop-and-downloads

I hope you will try it out if you are starting to work with v5

Please stay safe and healthy

Jon

Got that email too. I'm thinking it must have gone to registered users using the Pro edition.
