Refreshing TWC Part2 and question

Hi Rod,
I downloaded the "refreshed TWC Part2" and the readme first doc has this instruction:

REQUIRED SCENERY

This location requires the 2/11/2019 Library & Objects Update ... see scenery page for download.
This location requires the RTMM Library Part IV (See Objects Library Page for download and instructions)

Required Scenery for each location is on the Scenery page at the bottom of each scenery location's entry.

Where is the "2/11/2019 Library & Objects Update found? Or has it been incorporated into the Library Part IV ?

Yes. The first line is obviously a misstatement that should be deleted..
