Hooray finally, I can see and open both the NOTAMs and NEWs section and the individual links posted above previously in logged in and out states. Thank you very much indeed!
Special thanks go to Norm for hinting this particular forum section in his post, Dan for fixing it and Jeff for bearing with me...
I hope I'm not alone.
Same for me, everything's okay now.
I had never had this "Notams and News" section in the forum either, yet I've been here for a long time!
I'm glad everything's back to normal for everyone.

Thanks for confirming simurq, your previous post helped narrow it down a lot.  This should help everyone see the NOTAM section (which is an important section!).  I'm glad we could get this sorted out.

I'm glad Dan, I was starting to think that I was going nutz and needed a computer course or some more lessons on copy/paste or a guide on how to create a link!!!!  Glad the issue is solved. Thanks Dan.

Had a couple I thought were done, but there were "green trees" in the winter season. I'm correcting those ... see NOTAMS.  Here' Hidden Inlet Lake Cabin ... beautiful on a grey, snowy day. The trees now match the rest of the landscape.  This one was re-done as well as Hidden Inlet Retreat.  Great places to go see if you haven't. There's a nice airstrip at the retreat (land). The second pic is the Retreat at Fall/Dusk ... lit runway, etc.

If you haven't checked it out yet, download the new REFRESHED 2019 Hang 'Em High. And while you're at it, download the powered paraglider from the scenery location table. Talk about real fun and a breathtaking view!

Thanks to Rod Jackson for updating the old FS98 model to FSX Native - making this paraglider simobject package fully compatible with FSX through P3Dv4x.  Great job Rod.
