Global Vector 'Gripe'
« on: December 05, 2018, 05:22:53 PM »
Good thing I got Global vector on sale because I really don't like it !

Keep running into Airport elevation issues around the world even after applying AEC. and especially now in Alaska on Tour #21.

PACZ is Horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The latest Vector update did not improve it.

Pause the flight... disable Vector... or fly into a sunken airport.

Make sure you aren't using any incomparable, non-recommended, 3rd party mesh product. Will do it every time.

Thanks for that Steve !

But I'm only running ORBX and RTMM stuff.  No 3rd party Mesh.

This is far outside of Orbx-SAK, I'm afraid.

Around the world you'll always find many airports that are "horrible" even though using VECTOR.

In case of PACZ is usable for me when putting PACZ in "AEC is disabled for" in VECTOR.
Many greetings
Dieter

Yes Dieter !

That's what I did too and it fixed it.

Will definitely be moving any other faulty airports over to the 'AEC Disabled' side of Vector in the future.

Thanks !

P.S.  There was NO help at ORBX or anywhere else that I searched, Terry.
