Milviz Beaver STOL floats black with RTMM livery

Hello,

I've tried to add the RTMM livery (correctly working on the base floats model) to the /straight floats and /straight floats STOL Beaver (Milviz addon), the livery applies correctly to the fuselage, yet the floats are black

please, is there something I can do about it, or is that model different from the base one?

What do you mean by "straight floats"?  There are four models, wheels, tundra, skis, floats (amphibian).  What is the tail number of the repaint you're applying to the Milviz Beaver float plane?

"straight floats" is the name of the Milviz STOL models added by the addon in simobjects/aircrafts

what I did is to
-pick the RTMM livery texture folder from the base Milviz floats Beaver,
-copying it to the other two models' folders,
-and copying the relative texture config section from base Milviz floats Beaver's aircraft.cfg, into the aircraft.cfg of the two other models

     Ok, I see.  It is part of an expansion pack, which I don't have.

  Straight floats are floats without the amphib wheels. 
(I don't like those, but is apparently more "realistic" for beavers.)

     I've decided to add this expansion pack to my MV Beaver, so download is in progress ...

... and I'm back. 

     I've got it installed and tested.  I see what you mean.  My plane's floats and wing leading edges are black as well.  Looking at the folder for the new planes, I see the issue.  Yes, the texture sheets for these models are different.
     The original repaint will not work correctly for these expansion models.
(at least the STOL float version I tested.)
This would be a new project for Klaus if he wanted to do it.

Hello,
This is an expansion package which was released after the rtmm paintscheme for the original milviz beaver paintscheme was done.
I do not own this expansion package. So I have to get it first.
I‘ll try to make the rtmm beaver paintscheme compatible for the expansion pack, too.
But I will need some days working on it.....
