Well a landing rate over -600fpm is a no go. If over -600fpm, you would have almost had a fatal and at least injury to yourself, crew or passengers. You can still continue and progress in a tour without a re-fly but you do loose the time incurred during that failed flight leg. Carry on as usual and try to achieve under -600fpm on your landings.
