SAK Seaplane Bases V2.1

I don't see an RTMM SAK Seaplane Bases AI Traffic folder in my library, as noted as a prerequisite to make this work. I do have SAK Seaplane Bases installed dated 6/17/2016. Do I need something else or am I good to go as far as installing the title subject?

Also, the main folder of the latest "SAK - Sea Plane Bases", and the included ReadMe docs refer to the updated package as v2, not v2.1. This can be confusing to people doing a new installation of this.
