Tour intermediate landings
« on: April 26, 2018, 09:48:30 AM »
Hi
Currently doing tour 3.
There are so many interesting things to see that flying by goes to quickly.
I see that the legs are meant to fly directly.
What happens if I make intermediate stops to admire all these beautiful things (much more than was described in yr tour document).

Stop and enjoy them Marcel!!. I think it is allowed. Not entirely sure on the correct steps to keep the flight active and then to start up and take off again. Norm? Suggestions needed please!!

Cheers.

For sure Marcel.. et all... site seeing is what it's all about here. Make all stops - regular or otherwise and all stops are captured in your log dossier!  And with this latest kaCARS it is seamless.. fly as you will, land etc then take off again.. and the landing and takeoffs are captured in your log with no intervention required.

Yes indeed, you may stop at will, BUT each landing does have to meet the requirement of -600 fpm.  Also,  future tours will also include multiple landings.....those won't be optional but you will be able to add more if you like.  So enjoy the tour...your way!

Great that this Acars version is now so flexible. What a difference with when I started...

What a difference a few $$$$ make!  This custom version wasn't cheap, but it really does the job.
