Sir Ryan.. I took a look at your pireps and the tour. You flew the first leg correctly via via the tour itself but you flew the remaining flights using/loading the single flight schedules but not the correct tour legs that are bid upon from within the MFC0003 tour. Those single legs are a copy of the tour route but are just single flights and are not associated to the tour legs/bids that are generated from within the said tour.

So all to say that the flight legs of a tour must be generated or bid upon only from within the tour and the single legs don't contribute towards the system tour.

I do see that you have flown the singles legs (singles) in lieu of the tour legs which make up the route of that tour MFC0003 so I'll manually apply the MFC0003 award to your pilots profile but going forward just make sure you generate all the tour legs from with in the tour itself using the bid system and you will be able to subsequently generate the tour legs/bids and your pireps will be accumulated on the tour.

Now to actually complete tour MFC0003 in the system and get your stats complete on that tour, if you're up to it, you could fly the remaining legs by bid from inside the tour but will leave that up to you. Either way will apply the mfc0003 award to your profile.

Please refer to the NOTAM-Tour Leg Bids (Posted 2018/03/19) which appears on the front page of the MFC. This will assist turning off the search flights option in Cigar Box to enable Bid Direct load.

Sorry Norm I knew I was doing something wrong just didn't quite know what, when I get back from my trip I will re do the MFC0004 hopefully the correct way. So as I understand it I go to Active Tours and click on the details, then on tour legs I again click on details, then click on fly leg and when I do it all over again for the next tour leg, so on and so forth for the whole tour. That way the Cigar Box will automatically issues the badge. Am I correct in my understanding, this whole flight reporting thing is new to me and I'm having a hard time wrapping my pea brain around it. Thanks for the vectors and bearing with me

No problem Jim.. you'll get it.. It does take a bit with this ne Tour Center module. Yes you are correct:

Bidding/loading a Tour Flight:

1. Sign up on the said tour - via Tour Center

2. On that tour, Select your next flight by clicking on "Details". The following page will show "Details" on the  1st leg of that tour. (Leg 1 is opened for you)..

3  Press Details for that leg, then on the following screen "fly leg", then on the following screen"Go Flying"
The bid is added.

4. Log into Cigar Box and go to Main > settings then remove the check mark on Search by flight number. This enables direct bid loading).

5. In Cigar Box - Press the "Get Flight Data" button and the correct flight as per your bid should directly load and populate all the fields for the flight leg details in Cigar Box.

When your sim is ready start flight in Cigar Box. When done, file the pirep.

When you are ready to fly the next leg, go to the tour you are flying and the next leg will be open for you to fly (bid).
