Completed MFC0009 Stewart CIRP Circuit Pass on 6/13/19 by Alan Goodrich, MFC0083.

Lots of outposts to visit in CIRP and I'm looking forward to future flights to them.  Great scenery addons for the Stewart area!

MFC Milestone Flight Hours Awards - June 2019

Two TOP milestones in flight hours were accomplished this month. These are top honors and want to recognize and highlight them:

The accumulation of Flight Hours by a pilot is the Highest accomplishment in the real world aviation as well as the VA/Sim world!

This month two pilots have reached MFC milestones in flight hours:

1. MFC Pilot Karl-Heinz Klotz, MFC0096, achieved the milestone of 400 hours (Recorded) at MFC and is one of the top pilots at MFC in flight hours!

2. MFC Pilot Danny Rice, MFC0009, achieved the milestone of 500 hours (Recorded) at MFC. Danny is currently the Top MFC pilot for All Time flight hours and at this time is the ONLY pilot at MFC who has accumulated over 500 hours in the MFC/RTMM skies!

Great job guys and congratulations on these achievements and thank-you for your support and participation at MFC.

                                                         William Butler MFC 0105
Completed Tour MFCT0001-Misty Triangle Introductory Excursion on the early morning of June 24, 2019.

For me it was a challenge to learn all aspects required to complete a successful Misty Flying Club flight, never having flown in a VA environment.  It has been enjoyable and at times frustrating but I look forward to beginning Tour MFCT0002-Misty Hub Excursion.

Yes sir William.. you got it figured out for the most part flying MFC intro tour 1.

Just as intro, the tour legs are only generated from within the specific tours/details and have to be bid upon and flown.

The corresponding numbered flight schedules although have the same routes as the tour flights they  are not used as tour flights or in the calculation of the tours/ progress. (Only the tour flights generated from within the tours, flown and filed are calculated by the tour module in a pilot's progress flying a said tour.

Also there can be a delay from the site on confirming that a pirep has been received so avoid resending.. if in doubt that a pirep has been sent/received on the site just oil on to the home page and usually you will see your pirep under recent reports on the left side of the page. If you pirep is there, there is no need to try to send your pirep again cause it's already there. And in that case it's safe to close cigar box.
If you don't see your pirep on the site after first send 10-15 secs) than you may need to try again but usually your pirep will already appear on the site.

Hope this helps Bill and nice job getting up and running.

Norm

Another MFC pilot has reached memorable Flight Milestone this month:

Karl-Heinz Klotz - Pilot MFC0096 has achieved another milestone this month: 500 flights. Karl is only the third pilot to achieve this mark at MFC.

Great job and congratulations on this achievement Karl: and accomplished in such very short time frame since joining MFC).  Thank-you for your participation and support at MFC/RTMM.
