Wakes still a pproblem
« on: March 05, 2018, 06:57:23 PM »
I have a lot of ships and boats running in Prepar3d v4.1 which is great, but every now and then I get the odd vertical wake..I have tried several of the fixes, including the removal of ships with the bad wake, but still seeing the occasional vertical wake..Is there any way to sort this without removing everything and starting again?. This is the first time I have managed to get a lot of ships to show and I would very much like to keep it so. Teecee.

Put this in your "Effects" folder. Overwrite if asked. (unzip it first of course, put contents in folder )

But isn't he saying only some of the ships have vertical wakes.  What wake file are those ships using?  I would change them to use the modified wakes that the other ships are using.   :-\

Teecee, did you apply the wake fix to your ships AFTER you finished installing all of them?  Apply Sue's fix and see if it "fixes" the other wakes.
