here my PIREP if you will of my flight with X-ray last thursday night..we took off from PANT annette island in the good ol beaver...man i forgot how much i love this plane.....ready for takeoff.

Airbourne..what a beautiful day.

spring is in the air .

Just look at those colors as we leave annette behind.

we are heading up the border betwen the usa and BC to stewart

i just hope we make it to Takla Narrows before the sun sets.

cutting the corner over the mountains looking for the inlet.

the dreaded fog arrives.just wish my active sky evoulution would work with my fsx.

Heading up the fjord towards stewart.

suddenly the fog cleared and it looks like smooth sailing.

I love the way mountains have snow on tops still and green lower down.

making my turn at the dog leg.

stewart just ahead.

stewart looks real nice

With all the greatest of due respects Wedge, that post to incredibly long to load - even on my 16 MBit connection. ALTHOUGH... the slideshow "Play" function does make up for it once the pics are loaded.

Nothing against loads and loads of piccies, but could you make them bite-sized posts of say five or six per post please. If I am having load time worries, I hate to think how less endowed visitors see that.

Having said that - nice pics! Thanks.

@Doug - I don't think the photobucket embedded images eat Misty bandwidth do they? Also - can the slideshow be speeded up? 61 images took a fair old time to cycle through.

roger that , i was afraid of that was gona divide it into to parts and will do so later, glad i narrowed it down from 80...ps if it uses up your bandwidth i,ll just post the link to my site like i did before but figured i,d try this out here...let me no either way cheers WeDGe...chris you gona join us one of these days , i still remeber a flight with timber wolf va when you came floating in at like 35kts in the beave with full flaps.....everyone was inpressed with that one ...lol show off

we,ll then there,s your answer..all the pics are really just links to my photobucket account ....if i delete the pick from my account you it will disapper from the post so there you have it no bandwidth impact what so ever...WeDGe

Yeah, externally hosted pics are of no impact to RTMM hosting. Wedge's pics are inline images, not attachments, so there's no limit. The "4 attachment" limit is there to keep things under control in terms of user uploads and bandwidth.

No bandwidth problems but load time is longer with a lot of screenies loading. I agree with Chris that the amount of screen shots although externally linked should be limited to cut down on long load times.
