Repaint Chris Brisland...
« on: January 15, 2018, 11:54:26 AM »
The repaint of the Aerosoft DHC2 Beaver by Chris Brisland I had already downloaded and installed.
Magnificent! Now I wanted to practice with the "Float" version.

Now also downloaded and installed, in the same way as the standard wheel model.

FS did not want to see the plane ...

After a long search I found the error:

In the Aircraft.cfg is a reference to Model.Float5 which does not exist !!!
In the Aerosoft Beaver floats folder 5 seats do exist Model.Float1, 3, 4 and 6, but not 5 !!!!

What are the differences between and what to what should I point my download?

Would you please you also want to have a look at the other downloads?

Thank You,
Laagvlieger

description=The civilian version DHC-2 Beaver was was manufactured by de Havilland Aircraft of Canada, Ltd. from 1948 to 1969. The MKI is the mostly spread version witha 450 SHP Pratt & Whitney R985. Alternatively a MKII was developed with 550 SHP Alvis Leonides 502/4 engine. Later the less common PT6A6 turboprop powerd Beaver was built between 1964 to 1969. In total almost 1700 plans were built and many of them are beautifully restored and service for tourist flights, transportation and fun all around the world.

How many total variations do you have in the aircraft.cfg list?

Hi Laagvlieger,
I believe this is what you are talking about.  (not floatplane #5, Steve)   I'm looking into it now ...
I'm back.  Oddly enough, Model.FLoat5 is in the Aerosoft Beaver Floats 8 Seats folder.  ;)
