Great little plane there Dieter.. works well.. and no issues.  (I'm not a painter but there is even a paint kit for it too). Thanks for the link Sir.

Wow, great plane.  Couldn't get it to stop on water ... I added this, and it brakes with holding F2 ...

prop_reverse_available = 1 //jdl
minimum_on_ground_beta = 1 // jdl
minimum_reverse_beta = -14 // jdl
rotation = 1 // jdl

When it nearly stops, click F2 once and give it a touch of throttle

Takes 2nd flap click for takeoff on short runway.

So far I can't turn on the GPS ... still looking.

Click on the "on" button with the mouse or spin it on with the mouse wheel... Good entry Doug for the stopping on water... it just keeps going and going live the everready battery- even with the engine off!!

It's tricky to turn the reverse off and make it sit still, but stopping seems to have certain advantages. I still can't find that on button for the GPS. :-)

Try in the cockpit to press the A key until GPS shows then you should see where to go

Do you turn the GPS ON/OFF (C) button with the mouse wheel or do you just click it?
The mouse wheel operation operates the GPS display dimmer.
Hope this helps.

Has anybody checked out if we still need the tweaks on V2? I haven't even applied the tweaks to V1 yet.

Yes, if you want "reverse thrust" please follow Doug's suggestion posted above (#2).
You must do this on all 6 delivered aircraft types (easy done).

 Dumb question perhaps. You put the reverse thrust on all 6, not just the 2 with floats ?
May I ask why ?  I only put it on the float planes.

I'm refering to this:

Quote
October 29, 2008

OLYMPIA, Wash. – Soloy Aviation Solutions received FAA certification on Oct. 28 for its Soloy 206 Turbine Mk II. A turbine version of the popular piston Cessna 206H, the Mk II is a quantum leap in performance, reliability and efficiency.

Featuring the light Rolls Royce 250-B17F/2 turbine engine, the Mk II provides an increase of 110hp over the Cessna 206H, boosting the aircraft’s ability to carry more weight, fly faster and operate in high and hot conditions. Additionally, this increased power, paired with the aircraft’s Hartzell three-bladed prop with full beta reverse features, makes the Mk II the ideal STOL aircraft, especially in its amphibious configuration.

Very comfortable, so you're able to land on very short airstrips like in Papua New Guinea and elsewhere.
Many greetings
Dieter

 OK next dumb question. I understand the first three entries, but what does "rotation=1" do ?
 Thanks
Sue

prop_reverse_available = 1 //jdl
minimum_on_ground_beta = 1 // jdl
minimum_reverse_beta = -14 // jdl
rotation = 1 // jdl
