this is quite common to A/C in FSX and can be adjusted by making a change in the Aircraft Cfg. file.
1. Goto FSX\SimObjects\Airplane\Maule_M7_260C
2. Click to open the aircraft.cfg file.
3. Scroll down until you find the [contact points] section
4. Point 0 contains the steering angle in degrees for the A/C and is always the 8th number over. (each point has a comma after it)

5. Note the number I have in Bold, Underlined, Italics.
6. Your sim probably has 0.92
7. Change that number to the 60.0 shown and the save the file.
You must
re-load the A/C after modifying the aircraft.cfg file for this to take effect.
Modify the ski version the same way.
NOTEBe safe and make a back up of your aircraft.cfg file before altering it in case of mistakes.
