Hollis Harbor and ORBX PAKT

Just downloaded this scenery package and it's update. Inside there is a file which is supposed to update Hollis Harbor in the ORBX PAKT scenery. there is also supposed to be a Hollis Harbor scenery folder which I can not locate, nor anything pertaing to Hollis Harbor except for one bgl. I have PAKT 1.15 July 2015 installed.

Hi BBQ Steve.

Not exactly sure what you are asking.  Are you talking about what the Hollis Harbor v1.1 Patch which has a readme1st.txt file that tells you how to do the 1.1 update   This v1.1 folder does not have the main Hollis Harbor scenery files in it.  They are located in the Hollis Harbor v1.0 folder which needs to be installed first before you start on the v1.1 patch folder.

The instructions say:

2.  If you use ORBX PAKT, open the folder contained within this patch and follow the readme pakt.txt.  Otherwise, skip this step.

Hollis Harbor PAKT File Correction

If you have ORBX PAKT installed then you probably have the Hollis_PAKT_ SP1_Dock_Xtras.bgl installed inside your Hollis Harbor Scenery Folder.    If you do have the Hollis_PAKT_ SP1_Dock_Xtras.bgl file installed and you have not already patched the file to be dated 6/8/2013, you need to replace the file with the updated file in this folder and it will eliminate two missing objects that are not able to be found.  If you already have the file with the correct date then no action is necessary.

I do not have a Hollis folder in the ORBX PAKT scenery folder.

Did you download the RTMM Hollis Harbor sceneries? They aren't Orbx files so they wouldn't be in the Orbx PAKT folder.

     If you've installed Rod's "Hollis Harbor (v1.0)" scenery, it should look like this: (in RTMM folders, not Orbx).  I have all of my Hollis Harbor folders inside the Hollis Harbor (v1.0) container folder.  Activate the Hollis Harbor folder within it in your scenery library.  Inside the scenery folder is the file "Hollis_PAKT_SP1_Dock_Xtras.bgl" in question.

Ah, that's it Jeff! I discovered that I had read the instructions wrong the first time and just 10 minutes before I read your post I got it straight.
