Dieter pointed out that the new St Paul Hospital is not compatible with the "Vancouver Plus" addon. So the helo landing won't work correctly and the hospital will seem "misplaced" in Vancouver Plus. I've put a helipad at the Medical Dock, and have made a NOTAM on the dispatch that if you have Vancouver Plus, you should use the M034D way point and land at the Medical Dock.
