Captains,

I've just noticed that YBL had been updated with higher & lower priority folders removed. Am I right in understanding that we don't need to care about the folder priorities anymore and it's just a matter of "replacing the old scenery completely with the updated one"?

Also, the NOTAM page says the Swan Lake Hydro is deleted. Can you pls advise which scenery package it is - I don't remember a separate scenery package with such a name. Was it included as part of an addon with a different name?

Thanks!
Rustam

Yes Bay Lodge:
Most likely it seems that there is a lot of stuff missing in this "Update".
(for example: \effects, \sound and all Beaver textures)
I think staff people will let us know all about it.

(Old) Swan Lake
The former Swan Lake has been integrated in Alaska Power Project.zip, additionally there was an extra download in RTMM Sceneries. The one in Sceneries has been deleted. The new Swan Lake PP05 is now part of Alaska Power Project.zip
Many greetings
Dieter

Hi Dieter,

It does look like something is amiss here.  The team is looking into it so see what happened.  Stay tuned.

An updated YBL will be posting soon.  Doug has the final package  and will put it up when he gets a chance.   The missing files have been found and the package now contains the static floatplane library  Conversion (thanks to Steve W.) so that all users (P3Dv2, FSX DX10 & FSX) can see the original static floatplanes.  The higher and lower priority structure is also back.

Thanks Rustam and Dieter for bringing this to our attention.

Rod,

Sorry if I sound like a nerd...  :) but while updating my existing YBL package I noticed a slight difference between the previous and current versions of the same file: Traffic_Boats_YBL.bgl

Previous:
size - 1,241 bytes
modified - Sunday, ‎July ‎01, ‎2012, ‏‎15:06:44   ->> i.e. newer than current
CRC32 hash value - 8A60DB30

Current:
size - 875 bytes
modified - Friday, ‎June ‎01, ‎2012, ‏‎17:32:28
CRC32 hash value - 4C255C06

The other two traffic files (trafficYBLFish1.bgl and trafficYBLFish2.bgl) are identical to those from the previous package.

Can you pls check? Just to be on the safe side...

Thanks!

Hi Rustam,

The only change made to the Yes Bay Lodge files was the conversion of the static DHC2f models and associated textures.   The June 1 2012 traffic file is what was in there originally.  The July 1 2012 traffic file comes if you choose the optional AI Shipping button option which is just below the YBL scenery entry on the scenery download page.  That download is an addon option to YBL and not part of the original design.  The July 1 2012 traffic file is in the addon.

Thanks for asking.
