Is Season Switcher can be used both with FSX and P3D ?

But, when installed both in FSX and P3D, when the season is changed, it changes automatically at the same time in FSX and P3D ?

You should have a separate switcher installed in the P3D directory for that sim.  It will only change the sim it's installed into. So, you'll have a season switcher shortcut for FSX, and one for P3D.
