Difficult Ending (Crow Pass)

If you start thinking you are a pretty good [virtual] bush pilot, give this little flight a try.

=Rabbit Creek to Crow Pass USFS Cabin from Rabbit Creek

  • NOTAM - Remember the "=" prefix means TO the cabin FROM the airport, that is the plan you want, the one with the "#" for a prefix is from the cabin to the airport. Using the # means you will have to position your aircraft at the location using the MAP and the latitude and longitude.

The flight plan is in the new combined flight plans package on the Here2There page. A nice and easy flight from a little dirt strip ... no big deal ... until the ending.  I missed it the first time. Problem is, you are flying up a blind canyon ... if you screw up, you tend to land vertically on a mountain wall. (In other words, "Splat!")

We literally have hundreds of these flight plans into some beautiful areas. When you are long on time and short on things to do, pick one ... and don't forget THE CABINS ... these are among the most beautiful places and routes we have.
