Very nice, Patrick. Thanks.
Does it dive deep? You can make a submersible out of anything, by adding a section to the aircraft.cfg file.
First, make a COPY of the vehicle. Place it into the "Submersible" folder.
Open the aircraft.cfg file in Notepad. Rename the vehicle, by adding "S" to the name (for sub).
Be sure to rename all variations in the cfg file, so there are no duplicate craft names.
Find the [General] section in the aircraft.cfg file and change the category from airplane to submersible. (see example below. Next, copy/paste the [Designspecs] section from the box below, or from your native P3D sub's cfg file. Change the max speed line to match the vehicle you're applying it to. Land_height will affect how high or low you are sitting in the water when surfaced. SternPosition is where the wake or cavitation effects come from.
That's it.
