Greetings gentlemen,

It's nice to finally sign-up here. I primarily fly rotorcraft and occasionally GA fixed wing and now also becoming more interested in amphibians/float planes.

Your site is simply impressive and awesome! Probably one of the best flight sim sites I came across recently. Hoping for years of exciting adventures, discoveries and better appreciation of the scenic beauty of your covered regions through aviation and navigation in the virtual world.

Kudos for the great work and always keep the bar high in making the experience "as real as it gets"! 8)

Bravo Zulu,

Welcome Trex.  Speaking of keeping the bar high, the new guy has to buy a round of ol Moose Drool for the rest of us.   ;D  Pull up a chair and immerse yourself in all the goodness of RTMM as there is a LOT to explore.  Take your time to get all the required libraries installed first, then add sceneries a few at a time so you can enjoy the adventure of getting from here to there.  There are a group of sceneries called "Legacy" that are a good starter for explorations.  I know you'll enjoy your stay here and flying floats into remote areas will become an addiction.    8)

Hi Trex3D,

Welcome to RTMM.   I think you will find this is a very friendly place.  Also, an easy place to ask questions.  Take your time and enjoy the ride.

Trex3D,
welcome to RTMM, I see the important things have been covered: 1) get the libraries first, 2) buy the beer at Mysty's Place 3) Have fun from 'here to there'!
Any questions just jump in and ask.

Thanks for your welcoming remarks guys! It's well appreciated. I would certainly visit Misty's Place more often-better if there is a designated/marked helipad whether on the ground or raised or floating anywhere nearby just in case Misty's airfield is packed with parked amphibians or wheeled regulars on any busy day so I can also land any of my helos and maybe take some locals or visitors for a free quick tour around the area  ;D

By the way, congrats for a very extensive collection of sceneries and other goodies to make the experience here more immersive!

Trex3D,
nice insignia you have! Great, we have a new heliguy here.
While there`s  no specified helipad at Misty`s place at the Moment, there`s always a place for a helo Setting the skids on the ground.... :)

RTMM offers lots of sceneries with helipads included. Just a few examples, try CIRP-Bases, Owikeno Lake area, Doug`s Outfitters and much more....you will find really great places for your helos here. Just take some time and enjoy...

Yeah, sounds like a nice bunch considering the number of welcomes already  :) Thanks again to the recent welcomers! Also to Klaus and Spud for the quick tips.

(EDITED: Off-topic exported to appropriate Misty's forum thread)

By the way, could anyone direct me to where I could find AI flight or sailing schedules, if any, for both RTMM and CIRP sceneries (except the AI shipping project which I haven't installed yet)?
Thanks again.
