Getting the Rig Repaired - Bowser Lake Airstrip
« on: February 12, 2011, 06:57:50 PM »
Just managed to get my PC repaired as it went for  a loop last weekend. A new PSU and a new graphics card seem to have made a big difference.

Took a trip from Stewart to Bowser Lake using REX 2 Weather.

Closing in on Hi-Pass, through it and after landing on a short runway. Had to have the Maule down slow and dirty to stop before the end.

The weather up there adds an Asian accent to the flight - Misty Maulings. A fine and challenging flight there.

If you have the pay version of FSUIPC and/or Active Sky, make sure you try to enjoy flying through the high ground with turbulence high, visibility <5 and real weather on.
All the best,
