I'm not sure what you are explaining, I think we are re-formatting an external Hard drive or we are accessing data on an external hard drive.  I wonder if you could just type your message and post it in your native language? (Spanish, is it?)  Then we could just use the universal translator to read it.  (I am having a hard time understanding the meaning of what you're trying to say sometimes.)

voila il arrive que des DD partent en carafe et ciao les données ou téléchargement de sauvegardes inaccessibles ce  disque fonctionnait bien et du jour au lendemain quand vous voulez l'OUVRIR Windows vous demande de le Formater bien non..! abrutis je veux pas j'ai mes sauvegardes dessus les photos de mes gosses et mes dernières vacances à Miami

le gros problème vient de la manière et surtout de débrancher un DD amovible bien souvent on tire sur la prise USB pour débrancher des DD externe que ce produit il ? une coupure courant aurait le même effet chose à ne pas faire il faut toujours passer dans la barre de lancement rapide et demander à débrancher l'USB de son support afin de ne pas faire souffrir son DD .
et vous vous apercevez : si vous allez sur ordinateur clique droit Gérer et onglet gérer les disques votre DD est bien là mais illisible puisque passé en point RAW (si il n'apparait pas du tout il vous faudra passer par le bios mais c'est pas là le sujet et c'est une autre manière de faire )

je vous donne une solution marche pas à tout les coups mais vaut la peine d'être tentée

il vous suffit de faire comme ceci ;
1/démarrer

2/dans Exécuter : tapez l'invité de commande : cmd une fois apparu dans la liste cliquez droit dessus exécuter en tant qu'administrateur .

3/ la fenêtre MSDOS apparait

4/C:\ windows\systeme32>

après nous allons essayer de réparer ce DD en .RAW le remettre au format lu par windows en partition NTFS

5/ tapez ceci après C:\ windows\systeme32>chkdsk x: /f /r

le x: étant votre DD à analyser respectez bien les espaces de la commande

6/ il vous faudra attendre des heures pour que tout votre DD soit vérifier environ 2 bonnes heures pour 500 giga pour 1 terra ou 2 partez en week end

Aussi peut se réaliser sur un DD en SATA  ou partition C:/ principale
