Eanhanced Cargo C Vessels

JJ has solved the wake, spray and smoke problems for the cargo C vessels.  This will be in the SAKAISP
package.  The installation of that package will update your My_CargoC folder.

Way to go JJ and Dex!  This will be a nice little upgrade for the Cargo C ships along with the release of SAKAISP once ORBX releases Southern Alaksa  (early next year I hope).

I just tested it for Dex and it definitely works great (pic below).

I made it a bit different, make the smoke a bit darker from dark gray to light gray and tweaked the wake and waves a bit more.
