Problem to install Tongass Narrow

Hello,
"Tongass Narrow" needs "SBPs by jan" package but the provided link is broken.
Could anyone have a look at it please?

link at tongass narrows (for Jan SPB) is not working (404).

but the link at: Sea Plane Bases for RTMM-By Jan
Version 1.05 - 04.30.2023
By Jan De Jong    is working.
