Thanks for the heads-up Dex.  If I remember correct ORBX PAKT  over laps some RYMM scenery in the area...is this correct or am I thinking of something else ?

Robert, I haven't noticed any problems.  I have used this since it first came out with no problems.

if you run throught RTMM "Scenery" you will find some NOTAMs to RTMM software when using with Orbx PAKT:
not compatible:
- Herring Bay Cannery and SPB
- Totem Bight Lodge and Operations Center

 PAKT necessary
- Ketchikan Harbor
- PAKT Ferry
- Totem Bight Lodge and Operations Center (other vesion)

As Hering Bay is not combatible with Orbx PAKT payware, Whitman Lake Hydro of RTMM Alaska power project APP is not combatible with Orbx PAKT payware. Therefore it is offered as separate download file.

Thanks so much guys. I thought I read something to that effect.   Your input is a life saver concerning my install.  Just really to bad ORBX PAKT effects so much of RTMM.

PAKT by ORBX is completely different animal than any other airport ORBX has available.  To achieve the ramp being at a lower level than the runway, as it is in real life, some trade offs were necessary.  Ramp parking does not work for a starting position.  Only valid starting is on the runway.  AI will touch down but not taxi down the ramps.
As already pointed out several RTMM scenery locations are affected by ORBX PAKT.  Additionally there have been reports of a severe drop in FPS by some users.  The good thing is that ORBX PAKT can be un-checked in the FSX Scenery Library or uninstalled if it doesn't meet your expectations.

I am running PAKT in P3Dv3.2 and the Herring Bay scenery works for me including the rotating sign on the restaurant.
