Yesterday, I was talking with one of my pilot friends about TFR's when Obama is out and about and how it effects Hawaii when he goes there. When you look at how big the umbrella is it effectively shuts down the islands. The AOPA has reached an agreement with FAA and Homeland but it sounds like more trouble to get permission to fly than it's worth. I can imagine some 100 hour pilot in a 172 being buzzed by a F16. Not sure how charter ops  deal with it, I do know when he came to the NW down in Roseburg Or, everything was grounded until he left or  flights in the air had to re-route
