RTMM Locations in Google Earth

I cannot open up these locations in Google Earth.

When I Click on the feature in "A return to MM Charts" a blue backgroung screen opens up offering me Extra and the extras library.

Is there a setting I am missing. The GE version is 6.2.26613.

I'm not sure I'm understanding what you are seeing, but when I click on the Google Earth links at Misty's Place, Map Room / (A) Charts ... I get Google Earth fine.  Could you give us some more details?
