I‘m looking for the best solution running the sim in VR.
VR means a lot stress for the GPU.....

There are rumors a 3080 with 20GB VRAM comes out later....a lot people think that the 3 models introduced yesterday will not be the only ones.

@Brad
Sad news with your GPU. I hope you find a solution and by back in the virtual skies soon!

Yes, they are coming!

I just built my new flightsim PC and I‘m waiting for the new cards impatiently for the new system.

Until they are avaible I have built my backup GTX1080 into the new system. Not perfect, but I hope it will do it‘s job only for a few weeks.....

Nice series and very nice trip they flew.
It‘s interesting seeing our virtual playground in real pictures....thanks for sharing.

It was also interesting to see the area around cooper landing and russian river as they had a huge wildfire north and west the whole summer 2019.
I guess the series was filmed early in 2019 before the fire hit the area.....

Hello Werner,
A big warm welcome to RTMM from an Frankonian working and living in Munich, but my hearts home is where I‘m born which is north of EDDN between Wurzburg and Bamberg......

RTMM offers a huge world for slow and low simming....I fly helicopters in the sim.
Have fun exploring RTMM world. There‘s so much to discover....
