Title: Problem trying to download CIRP stations...

The CIRP station entry in the regular RTMM downloads page directs me to the CIRP page to download the stations.  But the CIRP page directs me back to the CIRP station entry in the regular RTMM downloads page.

In short I can't find the link to download the CIRP stations.
