On the BWEP scenery file I just downloaded them on the 4th and now I see a new posting on the 6th. Is this just letting everyone to know what has been changed or do I need to download them again

The "RTMM Refresh Campaign" major project requires the designers to spend a lot of working time to implement their ideas into new sceneries, associated with high expenditures and countless hours in front of the computer.
And it's only natural and understandable that errors/discrepancies need to be corrected or improvements must be made in timely manner. As a result updates/corrections are often uploaded. Of course, sometimes data may change within 2 days.
To be up-to-date requires the user to stay on the ball reading latest news/Notams - not too rarely.
Admittedly, it's not always easy for us users. But we should be glad that dedicated designers put a lot of effort into delivering excellent scenery quality.
